This programme provides practical exposure, structured learning and professional development within one of Africa’s leading banking institutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Graduated within the last 1–2 years
- Preferred degree fields:
- Actuarial Science
- Economics
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Engineering
- Computer Science
- Grades A, B or C in English and Mathematics at CSEE level
- Must be based in one of the following locations:
- Dar es Salaam
- Dodoma
- Mbeya
- Moshi
- Arusha
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical ability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a performance-driven environment.
Programme Duration
6 – 12 Months
Participants will gain structured workplace experience aligned with banking operations, analytics, risk management and related professional functions.
