Administrative Clerk: Management Support Services (X2 Posts)
The Department invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Administrative Clerk: Management Support Services. Two posts are available at different Labour Centres in KwaZulu-Natal.
Salary
R228,321 per annum.
Centres and Reference Numbers
- One post is available at the Labour Centre: Vryheid under Reference Number HR4/4/5/102.
- One post is available at the Labour Centre: Port Shepstone under Reference Number HR4/4/5/103.
Minimum Requirements
- Applicants must possess a Matriculation, Grade 12, or Senior Certificate.
- Applicants should have knowledge of Batho Pele principles, departmental policies and procedures, and Treasury Regulations.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal relations and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Applicants must be computer literate and possess analytical, planning, and organizing skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The successful candidates will provide technical advice on operational matters and render administrative support within the Labour Centre.
- They will be responsible for rendering Supply Chain Management functions on a daily basis within the Labour Centre.
- The role includes providing finance and office management services to the Labour Centre.
- The incumbents will render Human Resource Management services, including training and performance management activities.
- They will also be responsible for records management within the Labour Centre.
