Position Description
Bulyanhulu Gold Mine is seeking to enroll Industrial Practical Training student for the year 2026 to join our team. The main objective of Industrial Practical Training (IPT) is to contribute towards the human capital development pool in Tanzania. In order to achieve this, Barrick – Bulyanhulu has created opportunities to enroll students from universities and other recognized tertiary institutions to access the industrial practical training for exposure, experience and acquire hands-on skills.
Reporting to: Training Supervisor
Duration: Eight (8) Weeks
Criteria for Enrolment:
- An applicant should not be a first or final year student.
- An applicant should not be a graduate.
- IPT should not be regarded as internship program.

Requirement for Application
- Introduction Letter from the University/Institution with a contact number of IPT coordinator/ Liaison personnel.
- Examination Results with official stamp. Cheating will lead to a disqualification of an applicant.
