Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and other resources as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the company’s office and reception records.
Qualifications:
- Certificate in Business Operation Assistant (BOA), Front Office, Customer Care, Business Administration , NABE, Secretarial course or Phone operator.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional customer-service oriented.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
