The National Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NACTVET) invites applications from qualified professionals to fill the position of Quality Assurance Officer II (Information Communication and Technology). The role focuses on monitoring, evaluation, and quality assurance of technical and vocational institutions and training centres.

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following duties:
- Preparing logistics for monitoring and evaluation of technical and vocational institutions and centres
- Participating in the development of standard performance criteria for monitoring and evaluation
- Preparing academic audit reports
- Conducting regular monitoring and evaluation to ensure compliance with NACTVET academic standards and performance audits
- Preparing logistics for compliance and enforcement activities
- Participating in the preparation of enforcement tools and procedures
- Following up on orders regarding fees, penalties, notice of closure, and stop orders issued by the Council
- Maintaining records of deregistered and non-compliant institutions and centres
- Identifying unregistered technical and vocational institutions and centres offering training
- Evaluating application forms for registration, accreditation, and recognition of institutions, departments, and vocational/technical teachers
- Compiling and processing application forms
- Updating the register of technical and vocational institutions and centres offering NTA/NVA awards
- Maintaining records of registered technical and vocational teachers
- Maintaining records of submitted curricula and supporting documents including situational analysis and stakeholders’ reports
- Providing feedback to institutions on submitted curricula
- Preparing logistics for curriculum validation meetings
- Maintaining a list of validation experts
Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Communication and Technology
- Degree must be obtained from a recognized institution
Remuneration:
The position offers remuneration under salary scale NACTVET 4.
