Job Description
Yas Tanzania is seeking an experienced MIXX Express Manager to join its team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of MIXX Express partner shops, strengthening partner relationships, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong analytical, stakeholder management, and channel development skills.
Working closely with partner outlets, the MIXX Express Manager will monitor business performance, provide operational support, deliver training, and generate performance insights that contribute to improved service delivery and business growth across the MIXX Express network.
Responsibilities
- Monitor partner shop performance against established KPIs and operational targets.
- Ensure partner shops comply with operational standards and business requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner shops, providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Deliver training programs to improve partner teams’ product knowledge and customer service standards.
- Support capability development initiatives across partner shops.
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations for management.
- Analyze operational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address operational risks affecting partner performance.
Qualifications Required
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on performance improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a dynamic telecom environment.
