Job Description

Based in Dar es Salaam, the role focuses on ensuring the availability of AB InBev brands across assigned customers while driving sales performance, digital adoption, and customer retention. The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships through effective communication, support business growth, and contribute to achieving the company’s commercial objectives.

Working as part of the commercial team, the CXC Agent will manage customer interactions, conduct outbound sales calls, monitor key performance indicators, and encourage customers to adopt the BEES digital platform. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve key management performance indicators, including contractability rate, effectiveness, call quality, customer retention, and sales volume.
  • Meet sales performance targets and ensure product availability (SKU) across assigned customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of customers within the assigned territory and their purchasing volumes.
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to promote products and strengthen business relationships.
  • Drive customer adoption and usage of the BEES digital platform.
  • Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial procedures, and business processes.
  • Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to identify business opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to achieving overall commercial and volume targets.

Qualifications Required

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, preferably in Commerce or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant commercial or sales experience.
  • Experience in sales analysis or commercial operations is an advantage.
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Sales and commercial mindset.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Investigative and decision-making skills.
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
