The Restaurant Supervisor role within the Food & Beverage department is a leadership position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations by supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and coordinating effectively between kitchen and front-of-house teams. The role also involves staff training, guest service management, and ensuring operational efficiency during service periods.

  • Supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-quality food and beverage service
  • Monitor and maintain service standards across all restaurant operations
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • Train, mentor, and guide restaurant staff on service procedures and hospitality standards

Qualification

  • Relevant Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or professional qualification in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Service, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a reputable hotel, lodge, or restaurant
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and procedures
  • Fluency in English language communication
  • Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management systems will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
