The Project Manager position is based in Geita (Mchauru) and serves as a key leadership role responsible for coordinating service delivery activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational effectiveness. The successful candidate will act as the company’s representative and primary point of contact, ensuring that projects and services are delivered efficiently while meeting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s representative and primary point of contact for service delivery matters in Geita
• Ensure effective coordination, communication, and stakeholder management across all operations
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and partners to ensure high standards of service delivery
• Promote customer satisfaction through effective service management and communication
• Monitor project progress and service delivery performance
• Prepare and submit reports on operational metrics and project activities
• Drive operational excellence across assigned projects and services
• Uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards within the assigned location
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Qualification required

• Must be a Tanzanian Citizen
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, Logistics & Transport Management, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification
• Experience in aviation, transport, logistics, or other regulated operational environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple activities and manage operational priorities effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS), Aviation Security, Quality Assurance/Quality Management Systems (QA/QMS), or Aerodrome Operations is an added advantage
• Valid Flight Operations Officer (FOO) Licence is an added advantage
