Qualification required
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service operations
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Strong leadership and people management skills
