Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage outlets and banquet operations

Qualification required

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food service operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality

• Knowledge of HACCP standards
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
