TMHS Polyclinic is looking to hire a qualified and passionate Aesthetician to join its growing healthcare and wellness team in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam. The role focuses on providing professional skincare treatments, aesthetic procedures, and beauty therapy services while ensuring high standards of customer care, hygiene, confidentiality, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will support the delivery of quality aesthetic and wellness services in a professional clinical environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures for clients
• Consulting clients and recommending appropriate skincare routines and treatments
• Conducting skin analysis and providing beauty therapy services
• Maintaining treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards
• Monitoring client progress, treatment outcomes, and satisfaction levels
• Promoting quality aesthetic and wellness services offered by the clinic
• Ensuring professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
• Supporting teamwork and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients

Qualifications required:

• Relevant certification or professional training in aesthetics or beauty therapy
• Experience in skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures
• Knowledge of facial treatments, chemical peels, skin analysis, and beauty therapies
• Excellent customer care and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team environment
