Hesu Investment Ltd is seeking a qualified Carpenter to join the Construction Department in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out construction and maintenance works while ensuring compliance with safety standards and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform construction and maintenance works efficiently and according to required standards.
• Strictly adhere to workplace health and safety regulations.
• Properly maintain tools, equipment, and work materials.
• Complete all assigned duties within the scheduled timeframe.
• Support operational efficiency and teamwork within the construction department.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications

• Relevant professional certificates in carpentry or related technical field.
• Valid Police Clearance Certificate.
• Tanzanian citizen with a valid NIDA number.

Experience

• Relevant work experience in carpentry or construction-related work.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to safety procedures and company rules.
• Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.

Additional Requirements

• Age between 21 and 45 years.
• Three letters of recommendation from guarantors.
• Recent passport-size photographs.
