Management Trainee (10 Positions)
The Tanzanite Industry Park is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to join its Management Trainee Programme. This full-time opportunity is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
This programme is designed to develop future leaders who will contribute to Tanzania’s growing industrial infrastructure through structured learning and hands-on professional experience.
About the Programme
The Management Trainee Programme is a flagship leadership development initiative aimed at equipping young professionals with the practical knowledge and competencies required in industrial development.
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training and receive mentorship from senior executives while gaining exposure across key business functions.
The programme provides practical experience in project development, operations, commercial management, and finance through an 18-month structured rotation framework.

Compensation and Benefits
During the probation period of the first three months, trainees will receive:
- A competitive gross monthly salary

General Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age of 28 years or below
- Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in any of the following fields:
- Business Administration
- Engineering
- Economics
- Finance or related disciplines
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Kiswahili and/or Chinese will be an added advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and develop leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and adaptability skills
- Ambitious and results-driven mindset
- Commitment to long-term career growth within Tanzania
